Honor Guard
Thank you for visiting myrotc.com

Honor Guard is a team the dose mostly ceremonies such as weddings, funerals, balls, and other events. Some of the duties we carry out at ceremonies are: the ark of swords, flag burnings, casket carrying, flag folding, flag raising and lowering, arrival honors, and more.

The Honor Guard is known for being a sharply dressed well mannered team. In Honor Guard you will learn the sword manual, how to properly fold a flag, and the above listed duties.

This year we started a flag raising ceremony that occurs at the beginning of the school day at 0700 and a flag lowering ceremony that occurs at the end of the school day at 1515 after the majority of the students and faculty has left for the day.

We will be adding more content to this page later in the year so please stop back to learn more.
