We would like to say a few words to express our appreciation to the United States Navy as well as the other armed services for all that they do for our country and for this great program, The Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps.
First, we would like to thank all the men and women whom have served and have worked hard to preserve the Navy's many fine traditions. You have all highlighted our country's history with excellence, dedication, and triumph. We have learned much about your great sacrifices and achievements and realize they were prices paid for the freedom we all enjoy in this country today.
Secondly, we would like to commend those of you whom worked hard to provide this wonderful and priceless program to many students each year. The same appreciation goes out to the instructors and staff that work tirelessly to facilitate the many aspects of the JROTC programs, providing unique education and enrichment to young peoples lives. We recognize this program as part of the endless length you all are willing to go to help ensure the preservation of our great country and it's rich history. We hear your call for more young people to stand up and be proud of ourselves and this country and to defend freedom at all cost, or at least learn to support and respect those who do and we are proud to follow in your footsteps. May God continue to bless our great nation.
